• Express delivery (2 hours) is available for orders placed before 5:00 PM.
• Standard delivery takes 2-4 days.

For deliveries in all other areas including remote areas:

• Only standard delivery is available and takes between 2-8 days.

Returns:

• The return window for online purchases is 14 days from the delivery date.
• All ophthalmic lenses are non-returnable.
• Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.
