  3. Keep lenses away from water. Remove them before showering or swimming; never rinse with tap water or saliva. Never share lenses.
  4. Use once, then discard. These are daily disposable lenses. Use a fresh pair for each wear; remove before sleep or naps and discard after use. Do not clean or store for reuse.

Measure temple to temple

Look straight ahead. Hold a ruler level in front of your face and measure the straight distance between your temples, at the sides of your eyes. Ask someone to help you read it.

Note the result in mm. Repeat once. Measure straight across, not around your face.

Compare the whole frame

Use your measurement as a starting point when comparing the frame’s overall width, where provided. A size such as 55 mm usually describes one lens—not the full frame.

When you try them on, the arms should feel comfortable at your temples, the bridge should sit securely without pinching, and the frame should clear your cheeks when you smile.
