Size & fit

Compare the measurements with a pair that fits comfortably. Lens width measures one lens, not the whole frame.

The Menshaf fit guide

A little measure. A better fit.

Find your starting point for sunglasses that feel as good as they look. All you need is a millimetre ruler and a mirror—or a little help.

Measure temple to temple

Look straight ahead. Hold a ruler level in front of your face and measure the straight distance between your temples, at the sides of your eyes. Ask someone to help you read it.

Note the result in mm. Repeat once. Measure straight across, not around your face.

Compare the whole frame

Use your measurement as a starting point when comparing the frame’s overall width, where provided. A size such as 55 mm usually describes one lens—not the full frame.

No overall width listed? Ask us for the model’s measurements before choosing.

Let comfort have the final say

When you try them on, the arms should feel comfortable at your temples, the bridge should sit securely without pinching, and the frame should clear your cheeks when you smile.

An oversized look describes style and coverage—not necessarily a wider fit.

Already have a pair you love? Comparing its measurements is another helpful starting point. Face width alone cannot guarantee fit.

What do the numbers inside the arm mean?

52 □ 18 — 140
